We do not allow shoes in the studio. Plan to remove your shoes before exiting the front desk area.
We do not allow phones in the studio. Plan to leave personal belongings, including your phone (off or silent), in a locker. If you are wearing a smart watch, please consider leaving it in a locker.

Our studio is equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, straps and more. There is no charge to use any of these items during your visit.
If you have a favorite mat or props that you’d like to bring with you, please do!
Bring a water bottle (closed-lid, no glass, water only) and maybe a journal if you are attending a workshop, a meditation class, or a sound bath.
-
Wear comfortable clothes that allow your body to move freely. Dressing in layers, with a preference for natural fabrics will allow you to add or remove clothing as your body heats and cools during the different stages of yoga practice.
If you are coming to the studio for a soundbath or meditation where your body will be still much of the time, dress warm and cozy.
We do not allow shoes in the studio. If you would be more comfortable in socks, please bring or wear them.
-
Our studio is a converted 1800 square foot warehouse and is not conducive to hot yoga. The space is kept at a comfortable temperature range.
If you tend to run cold, bring your yoga socks and wear layers that you can remove as your body warms up during practice.

The softness in this space is very much by design. From the lighting and textiles to the teachers and experiences, everything is intended to soothe your nervous system.
Bright lights, non-natural elements, and the frequencies emitted by electric devices, commercial lighting, and machines can all activate a stress response in the body and the brain.
Our studio rests in the natural light of the season and the time of day. With soft ambient lighting and many other natural elements [concrete, stone, soil, bark, leaves, cork, cotton, rubber], we give your nervous system space to soften, regulate, and reset by reducing sensory load. -

Expiration dates on class credit packs help us keep our pricing accessible. Each of our pricing options is intentionally designed to support the community through both accessibility and ease of use. That’s why we offer a range of choices to meet different needs - credit packs with a set timeframe for use, as well as unlimited memberships that allow for maximum flexibility.
Our pricing model and policies are structured to balance guest accessibility with the long-term sustainability of a small, boutique studio.
Class credit expiration details are clearly communicated at the time of purchase and within each client account.
