What can I expect?
We have lockers for your bag, phone, and shoes.
We also have a small retail selection with yoga gear, and specially curated fair-trade goods from India, Thailand, Nepal, and the United States.
The studio is a beautiful 1,400-square-foot open space featuring 15-foot ceilings, 42 feet of barre, all the props you could want, a lush indoor garden, and a floor-to-ceiling glass door that floods the space with natural light.
-
What should I bring? What to wear?
Wear what is comfortable. Layers are great so that you can peel down as your body warms up. Close-fitting clothing is ideal for active yoga and HiiT classes - to avoid tripping, etc.
Bring water.
You are welcome to bring your yoga mat + we offer clean mats for studio use. We also sell beautiful brand-new mats, among other things.
Organic mat cleaner is available for your use before and after class.
-
WHAT IF I'M LATE TO CLASS?
We understand... things happen, traffic happens, LIFE happens... and we will never turn you away from a class if we can help it.
That said, there may be instances when our front desk will join a class or workshop or will otherwise be away. At those times, for the comfort of those already in the studio, the front door will be locked.
We appreciate your understanding if this should occur.
-
DO YOU OFFER LOW COST CLASSES?
We believe everyone deserves some Breathing Room.
Community Memberships are granted at greatly reduced rates on a rolling basis to those who qualify.
Unlimited classes for 3 months.

Why no phones in the studio?
Whether your visit is for deep self-care and grounding or to simply check off today's exercise box we ask that you focus solely on the experience while in the space.
In the perfect words of spiritual teacher Ram Dass: "Be here now."
There are keyed lockers available to keep your belongings in while you are in the studio.
