Our studio is equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, straps and more. There is no charge to use any of these items during your visit.
If you have a favorite mat or props that you’d like to bring with you, please do!
Bring a water bottle (closed-lid, no glass, water only) - and maybe a journal if you are attending a workshop, a meditation class, or a sound bath.
-
Wear comfortable clothes that allow your body to move freely. Dressing in layers, with a preference for natural fabrics will allow you to add or remove clothing as your body heats and cools during the different stages of yoga practice.
If you are coming to the studio for a soundbath or meditation where your body will be still much of the time, dress warm and cozy.
We do not allow shoes in the studio. If you would be more comfortable in socks, please bring or wear them.
-
Our studio is a converted 1800 square foot warehouse and is not conducive to hot yoga. Our studio is kept at a comfortable temperature range.
If you tend to run cold, bring your yoga socks and wear layers that you can remove as your body warms up during practice.

Yoga
At the heart of everything we do is the practice of yoga. Through movement and stillness, we seek self-understanding and transformation.
Accessibility
Guided by the yogic principle of Samatva (equanimity), we remove physical, financial, and social barriers to yoga.
Inclusivity
Yoga is fundamentally about connection. We value your voice, identity, and lived experience(s).
Service
Inspired by the yogic principle of seva (selfless service), we strive to be of service with humility and compassion.
Integrity
We believe that how we do anything is how we do everything. Rooted in Satya (truth), we are committed to transparent action and communication.

The softness that comes over you when you arrive in this space is very much by design.
From the lighting and textiles to the teachers and experiences, everything in this space is intended to soothe your overwhelmed nervous system.
Bright lights, non-natural elements, and the frequencies emitted by electric devices, commercial lighting, and machines can all activate a stress response in the body and the brain.
Our space rests in the natural light of the season and the time of day. With soft ambient lighting and many other natural elements [concrete, stone, soil, bark, leaves, cork, cotton, rubber], we give our nervous system the safe space to soften, regulate, and reset by reducing sensory load.To read what other guests have shared about their experience, read our Google Business reviews!
