Lunchbreak Yoga is our corporate wellness program. It brings yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises, and even relationship-building and communication workshops to your group—in the office or at the studio.
WHY LUNCHBREAK YOGA FOR BUSINESSES?
Yoga and meditation provide opportunities for stress reduction, improved physical health (flexibility, strength, posture), increased focus and concentration, team building, social connection, increased morale, reduced absenteeism, positive company culture, and employee retention (and recruitment!).
Practicing yoga just once or twice a week has been shown to improve mental health and emotional regulation. More and more employers, even small businesses, are providing mental and physical health benefits to their staff – investing in their people. We curate unique and significant group experiences for all abilities, depending on what your team needs at this time and the type of experience you’re interested in providing.
If you’d like to practice at the office, our instructors will bring everything needed for a great session - including mats and props. If you’d like to practice at the studio as a private group, we’d love to welcome you! (Maximum 35, please)
To turn the session into a literal lunch break we will partner with our favorite local caterer for a lunch service that meets your budget be it brown-bag, luxe buffet, or somewhere in the middle.
