BRITTANY ADAMS

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

—Albert einstein

My love for Yoga and the healing arts began in 1998, and since then, I have been exploring all the layers and dimensions the practice has to offer. I have been practicing for over 2 decades and teaching for 13 years. With over 500+ hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga philosophy and Sound Healing Meditation.

In 2015 I battled and survived a rare Cancer known as Rhabdomyosarcoma. I was diagnosed as late stage 4 and not given much time to live. I did my best to utilize all I understood at the time about health, healing, nutrition, spirituality and Yoga and became the co-creator in my own healing journey.

9 years now in full remission, I believe that experience was a catalyst to my awakening and led as an opportunity to serve others in a deeper way.

I practice and teach because I believe Yoga is a powerful catalyst for growth and healing. I have experienced and witnessed profound transformation in my and others lives.

I see this powerful practice as a beautiful gift for all who step into its wisdom. In its truest essence, Yoga is the practice of life. A wonderful journey within over time, the practice on our mat becomes the foundation of the daily practice of living fully and intentionally, with great courage.

My class offerings are known to be strong, dynamic, creative, uplifting, and alignment-based. Creating intelligent and purposeful sequences that lead the student to experience the fullness and wholeness of the practice. I encourage students to explore and grow into their own empowerment and process, to trust their body’s wisdom, and to follow their inner path.

Alongside my asana offerings, I enjoy incorporating breath awareness, inner exploration, mindfulness, mobility work, Sanskrit mantras, detailed cueing, hands-on assists, yoga philosophy, and sound healing meditation.

Yoga is for everybody!

I support all levels of students and call all to come practice and explore the inner terrain of their Being. I offer variations and ways for you to grow a sustainable, lifelong practice of personal awakening and inner transformation.
