Cancellation policy

Friends, we are grateful you are part of the Breathing Room community. We have implemented our cancellation and no-show policy to ensure that we can continue to pay our teachers a better-than-fair rate for every class and workshop they teach and every private session and wellness appointment they host.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

There is NO CHARGE if you cancel a class through your account IN THE APP or ONLINE at least 8 hours before your class begins.

If you booked a class with a limited credit and you late cancel with less than 8 hours notice or no-show, your credit will be forfeited.

If you booked a class with an unlimited membership and you no-show or late cancel with less than 8 hours notice, a $10 late-cancel fee is charged to you.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you forfeit the appointment fee.

Workshops are non-refundable.

NOTE: We do not accept class cancellations by phone, text, or email.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS: Payment for classes, memberships, credit packs, and other services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Recurring memberships may be canceled at the end of the relative term either in person at the studio or in writing via email. membership cancellation terms will be governed according to each membership’s term of service (listed on our ‘pricing’ page).

NOTE: We do not accept membership cancellations by phone or text.
