Cancellation policy

OUR cancellation and no-show policy is designed with respect for our teachers’ time and commitment in mind. We hold the studio space with you in mind, and we are also a small business.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

NOTE: We do not accept class cancellations by phone, text, or email.

Our CLASS cancellation policy is as follows:

There is NO CHARGE if you cancel a class through your account IN THE APP or ONLINE at least 8 hours before your class begins.

If you booked a class with a limited credit and you late-cancel or no-show with less than 8 hours notice, your credit will be forfeited.

If you booked a class with an unlimited membership and you late cancel or no-show with less than 8 hours notice, a $10 fee is charged to you.

Our APPOINTMENT cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you forfeit the full appointment fee.

Our WORKSHOP cancellation policy is as follows:

our workshops and special events are thoughtfully created (most often, based on the number of attendees), and our workshop partners put in a lot of work to create exceptional experiences. Workshops are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event date, with written notice and reply confirmation via email. If you are a no-show, your registration fee is forfeited.

Our membership cancellation policy is as follows:

Payment for classes, memberships, credit packs, and other services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Recurring memberships may be canceled at the end of the relative term, either in person at the studio or in writing via email. Membership cancellation terms will be governed according to each membership’s term of service (listed on our ‘pricing’ page).
