WORKPLACE YOGA + MEDITATION

Breathing Room Collective makes yoga and meditation accessible to you and your team - in the office or at our beautiful studio in Hillsboro, Oregon. We work closely with non-profits, small businesses, and corporations in Hillsboro, Aloha, Beaverton, and Portland Oregon to create engaging and memorable experiences.

According to the American Institute of Stress, nearly 83% of U.S. workers suffer from work-related stress - contributing to absenteeism, poor health, and lack of motivation. The American Psychological Association (APA) estimates the cost of workplace stress at around $300 billion annually.

Practicing yoga just once or twice a week has been shown to improve mental health and emotional regulation.

YOGA and meditation in the workplace

Yoga and meditation provide opportunities for stress reduction, improved physical health (flexibility, strength, posture), increased focus and concentration, team building, social connection, increased morale, reduced absenteeism, positive company culture, and employee retention (and recruitment!).

Incorporating yoga sessions into the workday even once a week can combat fatigue and increase productivity, leading to improved performance and engagement.

If you’d like to practice at Your office or another off-site location, our instructors will bring everything needed for your session - including mats and props. If you’d like to practice at our Hillsboro, Oregon studio, we’d love to welcome you! (Maximum 35, please)

To turn the session into a literal lunch break we’ll partner with our favorite local caterer for a lunch service that meets your budget be it brown bag, luxe buffet, or somewhere in the middle.
