We need to restore honor to the way we live, so that when we walk through the world we don’t have to avert our eyes with shame, so that we can hold our heads up high and receive the respectful acknowledgment of the rest of the earth’s beings.”

-Robin Wall Kimmerer

I come from a family line of women who have been silenced for generations.

Certified in sound healing, I find great joy in liberating voices and guiding others to break generational patterns so that they may follow their own soul's deepest purpose.

In my mid-twenties, I experienced shamanic healing for the first time, and my life was utterly and completely changed. I have since studied with profound spiritual teachers including Sandra Ingerman, Mary Tyrtle Rooker, Evelyn Rysdyk, and Christina Pratt.

Blending a path of contemporary Western shamanism and animism I continue to study the practices of my ancestors from different indigenous cultures of Europe and Asia as well as Theravada Buddhism.

Construction worker by day, and organic permaculture farmer by evening I have been studying and practicing alternative healing techniques for the past 15 years.

I look forward to sharing those techniques with you.
