LANAE CARVER
“Under construction, the best of me is yet to come.”
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1995, driven by my desire to help others after seeing food addiction and weight issues affect my family. I became a personal trainer, wellness coach, and group fitness instructor, but soon realized that true wellness goes beyond physical fitness—it starts in the mind, heart, and soul.
This insight led me to holistic approaches like yoga, where I became a 500-hour E-RYT instructor, focusing on body, mind, and spirit. Learning about the link between high ACE scores and poor health outcomes also inspired me to work in addiction recovery and trauma, as I’ve personally experienced these challenges with a high ACE score and the loss of my husband to kidney cancer at 45.
I’m passionate about encouraging, educating, and empowering others on their health journeys.
I feel blessed to be part of The Breathing Room Collective and love helping people transform into their best selves.
