“We do not use the body to get into a pose. We use the pose to get into the body.”
— Bernie Clark
Yoga has had an undeniable and transformational influence throughout my life - becoming a core pillar in the way I live, breathe, and move through the world.
After years of practice around the globe, I decided to become a certified yoga instructor and completed multiple certifications in Yoga and Meditation.
To me, yoga is not about a life on the mat, rather it is about connecting your inner world with the outer world - it’s about seeking that sense of unity.
Yoga is not about striving and straining, but about arriving and embracing.
Yoga has taught me so much about who I am: how to treat my body and how to navigate this complicated and beautiful world. As an instructor, I am blessed to share this ethos with my students.
I enjoy guiding students on the journey of connecting mind and body through breathwork, meditative practice, exploring meridians, understanding energy flow, and how to rest the mind and be at peace.
I take great care with all levels of students, providing a calming and nurturing environment to allow students to create and cultivate their own sense and space of stillness within a world steeped in chaos.
Teaching and spreading calm to others is my life's passion. It’s a great privilege and an honor for which I am both blessed and grateful.
