“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make”
— Jane Goodall
My journey with yoga began 15 years ago and has continued to evolve as my life has, through my teens and into my twenties and thirties.
Yoga has been a passion for half of my life.
I received my 250RYT in 2019 in Portland, Oregon at CorePower Yoga and started teaching right away in NW Portland. When the pandemic hit, I began to work closer to home, sharing yoga in and around Beaverton and Hillsboro. I’ve taught at Intel, local studios, corporate spaces, parks, conventions, and just about everywhere in between.
I am always looking for opportunities to continue my yoga education when I can. I truly enjoy creating workshops, classes, fundraisers, and programs for important causes and needs around the Portland metro for the last 5 years.
I specialize in Vinyasa, Adaptive/Chair Yoga, yoga for beginners, and children’s yoga. Outside of guiding yoga in studios, I publish guided meditations and journals to support mindfulness.
Serving members of my community, and helping them feel well is my passion. Sharing the magic of yoga, meditation and wellness has created so much joy for both students and myself.
I look forward to connecting with you and diving into the magic of living well, together.
